After service Friday the problem isn't fixed the adaptive cruise control works intermittently but is useless at highway speeds. The car will come within one car length even with the longest following distance selected and never adjusts speed creating a safety hazard. I texted emailed and spoke to representative on the phone Monday and never received a response or follow up call. I will be taking my car to another KIA dealership to address the issue since I have gotten no response

The tech never sent a video. The guy who took the car in the front called me my love and it upset my husband. Not sure if the service was done at all, if the tires were rotated and if all others fluids were checked or changed. So no not happy and someone already called me.

I called I talk to the lady I told her my oil did not look like it’s been changed from 913 2021. It is black as hell. I’ve only put 3000 miles on it. When I got there nobody knew that I had talk to somebody. Nobody would fess up. Then they tried to convince me that it was time for oil change and then I had drove it 4500 miles. I got my last service papers in my new service papers and showed them it was only 3100 miles not 4500 miles. I do not believe my oil was changed. I paying $60,000 for this jeep. And y’all want to do this. Not happy and you did not wash it. Or vacuum it like it’s supposed to be. So yes the service sucked **** this time. I hope it gets better next time they say I get free oil changes. I’m sure if I looked in my contract these are not free. So each time when I do get my oil change I will make sure that they show me first before I leave that lot. Or somebody will be buying me another $60,000 jeep on them. So no I’m not satisfied with the service I received. And I had to wait two hours on it. On my only day off I have other things to do besides wait on it oil change.
