Your finance guy should have offered the best interest rate for my credit right up front instead of throwing different rates out. Next time I’ll get financing through my bank and I will be buying from a different dealership.

This has been a horrible experience dealing with this location and to much went wrong to type. I will say that our oil change took over 3 1/2 hours (with an appointment) and we had to order a part that was supposed to take 3 days to get here and I was just told it won't get here until maybe Monday. I am very disappointed in the service we received
