A minor point, but one worth noting. I have, in the past, avoided dealerships because of previous bad experiences. I have not found that in Murray -- yet. Yesterday, I was told the tech found one faulty sensor. Twenty minutes later I was told a different tech found 4 of 5 were faulty. I would suggest that to maintain trust with the customer, you have both techs check things before you tell the customer what is wrong. $150 is one thing. $600 is something else. I am counting on the honesty I have found previously, but a switch like that makes me uneasy. Two minor issues else: my hood was not fully latched and one tire now lacks a cap on the valve. Both, as I say, minor, but little things add up.
