- you mentioned it was going to be just one question, there was two + this favor here. Being precise is important, so why be shy about letting cs know that you have 2 questions and a favor to ask from them, literally? It would feel more personal for most customers.
Service was good. When I brought my car in for oil change, you said 20 minutes and it was done in 17.
- 99 deal is good and catchy. Id offer best wash, though - vip service all the way. You lose 3 bucks, but make your cs way happier in the end as they get better treatment than expected.
I wouldn't mention the type of car wash, just let cs find out on the spot that it is the best one. They will tip the drying crew better too then.
