My service tech was great but after getting almost to Madison for my appointment my low tire light came on and that mean when they rotated my tire some one didn’t push a tire sensor in all the way so now I have to find time to get by there and have it fixed you are not around the corner from me and it’s not the first time to happen so other than that service is great

The lady that wrote my information down was not friendly and had a nasty attitude!! She didn’t speak, she just wrote the information down, open my car door, not saying anything to me.. She drove my car extremely fast around the corner.. and when she came to tell me the suggestions for my car.. “ she said something about brake fluids and something else.. I was trying to ask her questions about her suggestions and she gone say.. well we not gone have time to do it anyways.. but I wasn’t trying to get it done today., I was just asking questions.. She not friendly.. .And the other thing .. when I first walked in .. I don’t remember his name( white guy) he looked at me and asked was I here for Carl? I’m thinking he asked me that because of my skin color..
