All my valve caps on my tires were left off. I asked for them to check my rear passenger tire for a leak while they were rotating and balancing them. Today that rear passenger tire was flat. That made me wonder if they were even rotated.

They told us a three hour wait but thank goodness it wasn’t but a hour. So far we are pleased with our new SUV. We do have a rattle in the dash we will be bringing it back in to have it checked out. It’s very annoying.

My wife brought her vehicle in today and arrived at 7:30. She asked t speak to the service Mgr regarding their previous conversation re her vehicle. She was there until 10 in which she had asked on at least one other occasion but was NEVER followed up with by him. Wow what has happened to customer service at Boyte Honda ?? This is our 4th vehicle in some 5 years but we think we’ll go right around the corner for our next one. And lastly, no we are not pleased with her visit today !!!!
