We brought our Odyssey in for a “charge system” problem. The service personnel were great, they identified the problem and the manager even helped get it repaired quickly. I had previously talked to him about how our windshield wiper fluid hasn’t been refilled during our last three multi-point inspections and oil changes. During that discussion, the service manager told me to let him know when we came back through Bob Boyte Honda, so I did and as I said before, He made it right.
Note: I got my van back yesterday after the repairs and drove off. I noticed on the ticket a list of charges and included was a “multi-point” inspection…however my windshield wiper fluid is still empty. It’s not a big deal, but the company asks for my comments so I feel obligated to reply. If the multi-point inspection doesn’t include checking the wiper fluid…I’m sorry for waisting your time. I thought about turning around, but I just let it go. Other than that…it’s all good and I will definitely be back for service and repairs…just not wiper fluid. LOL!!!
