Lewis was fantastic! Customer service skills were on point! He did a wonderful job answering my questions and explaining everything to me including what I would need to have service on when I come back for my next oil change. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone tell me what I need to have done next and have very little knowledge on vehicle upkeep so that was extremely helpful to not only know what I needed to have done but also have an idea of what it will cost me so I can come prepared. Lewis deserves a raise for sure!!

Brenton went beyond the call of duty to locate a replacement part ordered for me. However it was not found in the parts department. It is the top chrome bar that goes on the grill of my 2014 Honda CR-V. It was ordered for me in fall of 2021. Due to sickness in my family I could not get in to have it installed. I kept the service department informed-I would be in when I could to get it replaced and to keep it for me. I was assured they would. Yesterday I was in to make the appointment. No one could find the part and informed me they had no record of the order. It was definitely in as one guy in parts walked with me to my vehicle with it in hand thinking it would snap in place. However it wouldn’t and I was told by service that I would need to make an appointment for 2 hrs to have it installed. Brenton was very professional and courteous. I felt he had an interest in me as a customer and wanted me to get good service. I need the replacement part. I think it may have come off at car wash place. How can you help me get the part?
