Made an appointment, arrived 15 mins early but had to wait 2 hours. Did receive a discount for having to wait. 4 people who came in after me left before me - 2 for same service. Went to look for service person and they could not remember who I was and went in back by and said it was being done then. That was 12:45 and I arrived at 11:10 for 11:30 appt. I was told when I arrived that appts did not matter when they were busy and I would have at least an hour and half wait. Hopefully I will trade before I have to come back for service.
Car was not brought back to front for me to receive it as others did, service person hit alarm on key to find it and pointed me in that direction of back parking lot where I found it.
