Brenton has always been kind and helpful when I call about serving my car until service is delivered. He is patient with his customers (not only me) but others I have witness him taking care of while I be waiting. He makes the experience pleasant where I don't mind driving an 1.5 hour to get my vehicle service.

We have actually had several issues regarding the purchase of the maintenance agreement on this car. To start off with we had issues at 1 point when we were being told that we did not purchase a maintenance agreement and we knew that we did, And it feels like I had jumped through hoops to get it taken care of. We then started asking for copies of the maintenance agreement and after numerous attempts we finally got ahold of Kendall Puckett and he did send us some information. And another thing when we purchased this maintenance agreement we were told that it would cover scheduled maintenance for a particular period of time, Now we find out that is absolutely not true that the only maintenance that this agreement covers is oil changes and tire rotation. Maintenance on the car is more than just tire rotations and oil changes. I 100% absolutely regret paying for a maintenance agreement knowing what I now know. This experience is absolutely making me regret buying this car in the 1st place. I wonder what happened to full disclosure in F and I. The only bright part of any of this transaction is Kendall Puckett who had nothing to do with the sale or purchase of this vehicle. In my mind the only thing that would make this whole transaction right is for us to receive what we were told we were purchasing in the 1st place.

I got home and discovered this long piece of black felt strip hanging from and stuck from inside my front passenger headlight. Didn’t make any sense why because all I got was an oil change and tire rotation. Also the green cap that goes on the tire was barely screwed on luckily it hadn’t fallen off and lastly they took my tire nuts out of the small black bag and just left the empty bag on the seat with my glove compartment open. WHY???
