They wanted to replace the rack, power steering pump, feeder hose, serpentine belt when the problem with air getting in the power steering pump is nothing more than a seal. 50.00 diagnostic test and replace the seal was 160.00 total, not $2900.00 dollars. I know your people get paid to up sale but that’s crazy. You won’t get my business anymore for sure

After bringing my car in 3 times for brake issues and having squealing noises be dismissed as a problem with aftermarket brakes, my husband took the tire off that the noise was coming from to discover the tech did not replace the springs on the brakes. This is unacceptable.
