I pass all the other honda dealers just to come to Bob Boyte and have Lewis assist me. He and the rest of the staff have always been helpful and honest which is so important. I dropped in because of dash warning lights that turned out to be a simple fix and was grateful for that. I asked about an oil change and made an appointment for 0800 the next day. I showed up on time and it took an hour and forty minutes. If the schedule is that packed, at least give the customer a heads up so they have the option to reschedule. I paid for the maintenance package, but my job keeps me on a tight schedule on the road, so time is, unfortunately, a factor. If there is a better time of day, please let me know, as this was my first oil change and I clock a lot of miles. Thanks.
