Fixed the problem with the Honda and gave me a loaner car in the meantime. Service by Jonathan Wright was professional and very good. Just wish the part had been covered under the manufacturer extended warranty. Thank you

I had missed vacuuming my Van out this week due to a heavy schedule when I took it through the car wash. Leaves were on the floor on drivers side. I had picked up the garbage and put it in a bag. They vacuum just inside they drivers floor. Didn't move the extra mat at all to vacuum under it. Was shocked. Never had them not vacuum floor out before. Not a huge problem because I normally run it through the car was and vacuum it twice a week. But I understand people are short of help. Past service has always been above good so I was just shocked when I got in my van ti leave.
