Lewis is a very efficient service manager. He is always very courteous and manages the service or repairs well and keeps the customer informed. He is personable, always remembers you, makes sure the service is necessary and on schedule.

My husband was told he had a 8:30 apt. to get the oil changed on my Honda that we purchased there. He arrived promptly at 8:30, and was told it would be 2 hours as there were others ahead of him and it was a very busy Wednesday. He observed oil change customers arriving after him, and leaving before him. Apparently the appointment time was meaningless. The car was ready 2 hours and 10 minutes later. We have been impressed with your dealership up til now. Not today. We will not drive from Madison again for an oil change. Marilyn K

Mr. Wright was very respectful and open and honest about the possible wait time. He was very patient with me because my maintenance plan somehow was not showing in the computer so he waited on me to call the Moss Point location and they worked it out on the phone. My service did not take as long as he though it would.
