I had an appointment for Friday @8:00 am , had to call at 3:00 to get an idea what they were doing, and basically they had nothing done but a diagnostic test. All that was needed was brakes and a motor for temp control. Initially I thought I would get my truck back on Friday,I did not get truck till 8:30 Monday morning. I know things come up, if so I could have been contacted earlier.. Guy mentioned something about miscommunication with dispatch..
