My only complaint was that it took 1 hr 20 minutes to complete. I had a place to be and was late.

Brought vehicle in for oil change. They said it was done, but upon returning to pick it up, we’re presented with a laundry list of recommended repairs they never mentioned. Could have had a lot of it fixed while it was already there. As it is, we’re inconveniently having to schedule another service appt. At another dealership this time, since our son is taking it back to college with him. Would have appreciated the opportunity to take care at least some of these items on the spot.
