I brought my Telluride in for the drive belt recall. This was communicated when I scheduled it. I was told after my appointment that there aren’t any in stock so now I have to bring it back. It would have been nice to know this before I brought in my car.

The service I get is always top notch. But honest feedback? The customer waiting area is not exactly a great place to spend time. Despite the sign offering an array of amenities, the only ones available were water and coffee. Many of the outlets were "out of order", there were no magazines, newspapers, or snacks. The entire area is "old" looking and not inviting. Finally, when checking out (and I timed it) I waited 23 seconds at the desk before the young woman looked up from her phone and acknowledged me. These are "minor" issues, but since I know Central Kia prides itself on a positive customer experience, would hope the feedback would be welcome. BTW, I'm on my second Kia from the dealership and even though I live in Carrollton, I only bring my vehicle to Central for service.
