I cannot stress enough what a wonderful job Joel did helping me get out Telluride repaired. When I first came in for service I was very upset that our car of just a few months was lit up like a Christmas Tree in warning lights. Joel calmed me down and go the car into service only to find it was an electrical problem related to animals chewing the wires. This was totally my fault and my anger was displaced but Joel through it all helped order the part and get me in as soon as possible and on a day I took off anyway. The service and communication throughout the days prior and during the work was spectacular. You have a tremendous employee in Paul and you have a customer forever. Please thank him again from us for all the hard work.

We have been trying to contact Kia department about our side mirror we paid $400 for to see if it came in already and when can we get it placed on our car. We spoke to one guy about 3 weeks would said they would call back in 24 hours to let me know.
We would like a refund so we can take our car somewhere that will take care of a HUGE safety matter on our car I have to drive my family in.
