It is good to have the KIA having service at Central KIA...however, the waiting time at Dealer is quite long (I had appointment)...The waiting time is about 30 to 1 hour is acceptable but longer than that is not ...having appointment is for less waiting time...Coffee is good but no snacks....

I Usually avoid manufactures service centers, because they used to be higher than the other companies like Christian Brothers and Car Care.

I say that because every time I’ve been in the waiting area, there is always another person who has Paul as their service tech, and agrees with me, that he is awesome!!!
