L bought my 2020 in July 2019 and have been keeping up with my routine maintenance and EVERYTIME I go in for my routine maintenance I get a speech on how the maintenance had gone up a little since the last time. This is extremely frustrating since it is every six months. I went from $49.99 to $99.95. That is double what I initially started out paying jus 2 years ago. Feels like an Endless Money Pit. I am aware that routine maintenance is extremely important, but at what cost?

I was without a car for a week due to KIA's mishandling of the preparation process for my automobile. Paul agreed to give me a free oil change to make up for the miscommunication, but he later broke his promise. Paul did try to make things right by giving me a discount on my oil change, but I was originally promised a free oil change. I am aware that when it comes to getting parts in, Kia is at the mercy of others, but I was given numerous days to have my car ready. I drove up to the dealership after calling the service line with no updates, but Paul informed me that my car wasn't ready yet after arriving and that Kia needed it for the next week.I came for an oil change and to fix some other issues under warranty, which I was informed would take a max of 3 days starting from Monday (August 1st). I received a call yesterday evening (August 8th)saying my car was ready.

Eduardo was great and I had no problem with him. However, the message he delivered to me was that the technicians found that our 2011 KIA Sportage (college student car) needed 4-5 things including replacing the tie rods and also replacing spark plugs. I have documentation that tie rods were replaced Oct 2019 and spark plugs were just replaced June 24, 2022 (less than 2 months ago). It made us question their honesty. I am hoping the 3 recalls that they told us they completed were completed correctly.

The front left driver's side sun visor was broken during the last visit for service. Also it's not clear that the tires were rotated. The only reference to the tires were tread hight and air pressure.

Just communicate with people about their vehicle. Give them a time line of when things are going to get done so they can better plan. I have three kids and was stuck without a car for a week without having any communication when I was getting my car back. I appreciate the work that was done very much, but not the lack of communication I had.
