I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday around 10am and before 3pm I knew what was wrong and the cost to repair it. My service advisor told me my vehicle would be ready by Thursday. He said the only way it wouldn’t be ready on Thursday is if they didn’t get the part delivered. I called on Thursday morning for an update and was told he’d gone on vacation. And that’s perfectly fine. But why did it take me calling and speaking with two different advisors for my vehicle to be ready by Friday. They both told me that they didn’t know where the part was let alone about my ticket. Why wasn’t anyone assigned to my vehicle when my advisor went on vacation? I really believe the experience would have gone smoothly if someone took responsibility for my service instead of me being the one staying on top of things. I ended up paying for two additional Lyft rides because my vehicle wasn’t ready on Thursday because someone dropped the ball. Keep in mind I paid an additional $28 to GEICO to get my car towed to that particular dealership because it was a convenient location near my job and because Kia Mesquite has poor customer service and Rockwall Kia was out of my way for this particular challenge. I believe I’m going to stick with Rockwall for my services because I’m treated much better there. I purchased my brand new 2013 Kia from you all in 2013. But I guess this old Kia wasn’t a priority.

was very helpful and in explaining me recall services to me ! I did have a slight issue with trying to order a pickup of myself to get me back to the dealership the link provided was not working correctly on my end so had to contact Mr. **** to schedule it for me it took several calls for me to get through as I’m sure the were busy with other customers and could not get to the phone , but finally got through. All employees were pleasant and helpful that I was in contact with including Paul ! Who stayed past his shift to answer my questions
