Brought my car in at 10am for a 10:15 appointment and I had to call at 4pm to see where we were. No interaction at all. Then none of that parts were in stock and I would have to bring my car in again for the repairs I needed that were in the used car when we bought it. I am holding off on those till the next time so I know they will be in stock.

I was waiting for my car, I was told by the agent that work was done and the car was getting cleaned, then he left and the office closed at 4:00 P. M. Without nobody caring to gave me the keys of the car. I talked to the sales receptionist and she help to have someone to open the office and gave my keys, I guess I was helped by sales people. Worst experience I have had wit KIA.

Trey was very helpful but this was my second time using y’all to fix my car. It took way too long to be seen by someone. It was only the battery, that’s just crazy. I could’ve saved money and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental from my friend. I was out of my car for a month, for the first few weeks I was the one initiating any contact. Just swore I’d never go back after last year and had no choice since it was towed at 4 am.

You guys had my car for 3 months without calling or letting me know what was happening and then when I came to pick it up it ended up just being the censor that needed to be changed. Communication is key and you guys didn't communicate with me at all until I decided to come up to the dealership.

Brought the Kia in due to an engine light. Took 2.5 months in your service shop to determine it was the MAP sensor and cost about $500. I had to constantly call or text to get any response. As a service department for Kia vehicles, I only brought it to you because I thought you would have more experience in determining the issue. Initially they told me I needed oxygen sensors, throttle body, plugs, etc for over $1200. The car is barely worth that.
