There was a major lack of communication from the service advisor. Advisor was never proactive in contacting us and we always had to call him multiple times a day in order to get a status on the vehicle and he wouldn't even call back the same day

Trey is always amazing. He makes sure I’m updated on my car and makes sure I’m in and out of there. When I went to pick up my car I had to go to service to pick it up. There were 3 people ahead of me and I had my 2 kids and he came in and told me he would drive my car up to me in the front and had me sign my papers I was in and out. He always takes care of his clients and truly cares.

Appt was for 10:30. I was there at 10:30 and was told would take 1 1/2 hours (12:00). It was not ready for me to make payment until 12:25. Then it still took another 10 minutes (12:35) for me to get my key back. I have no issues with the work done. It was all about the time. Karen B

The only issue I had was that there was no progress update so that I could schedule my ride to pick up my car. Because of this, I did not make it to pick the car up by closing. Fortunately, they put my paperwork and keys at the showroom desk. Regardless - the overall experience and service was great.

I have been to various Kia Dealers in the states of New York and Connecticut during the past four years. I walked into Central Kia of Plano a bit afraid due to a recently disappointing experience at another dealer in Carrollton, but Mr. **** and the entire staff that assisted me there had an exceptional level of professionalism and the customer service is outstanding.
