This has been an incredibly difficult process to navigate and my issue still is not resolved. I was told that parts had been ordered when they hadn’t. I was told to bring my car in and systems were not working in order for the car to be worked on. Not a positive experience

3 weeks no diagnosis; by 3rd week tech and service manager went on vacation; while out no one answered my calls; after I couldn’t get an answer by phone I went to the dealership to find out why it was taking so long for someone to give me a final diagnosis as Paul explained a finally diagnosis would help me qualify for a loaner or $40 towards a rental; i was told the Paul was on vacation; asked for service manager told she was on vacation; asked for general manager was told he doesnt talk to customers was told if I went to telsa the general manager would not talk to me; eventually the sales manager comes out promised to get me in a car the next day; promised to call ; never called; I texted him twice no response: called he said he had a family emergency had to leave early promised some one would call me back no one called; went to the dealership the next day asked for sales general manager Ed who finalized my last deal in 2017 never talked to him watched him walk throughout the dealership as salesman approached me and continuously asked me and how could they help i repeated my my story several times only to have them try to sell me a car I did not want; i continued to say I just want to know what is wrong with my car can i get a loaner or assistance with a rental; was told no to both; finally service manager comes out give me a bull excuse how my motor needs to. Be dropped I will be charged $495 if it an engine problem it would not be covered by the lifetime engine warranty and over all cost would be my responsibility; terrified this would cost me several dollars i continued to ask for Ed as i watched him walk the floor; to great dismay talked to a sales person was abt to finalize a deal I really didnt want but was sadly discouraged after Ed walked pass me to speak with an older who White gentleman who sat at the table next to me as he refused a deal with previous salesman; after Ed left the gentleman the gentleman and I chatted; I asked suring the gentleman and I conversation what did tou do so special to get the general sales manager to talk to you he said “nothing but refuse the salesman offer”. I said I did to but even asked for him and he never stopped to speak to me; following the conversation the gentleman I realized I was not important to the dealership I immediately lost trust in the dealership and decided to exit and return home; i had my vehicle returned to my apartment as I feared something more than was was originally told to me by Paul before his vacation and what was told to me by the service manager and trying to force a sale and not being able to talk with the general manger nor general sales manager was adding up ; by the end of receiving and reviewing my paperwork from service department seeing the code I feared I was being taking advantage of because I ….

Trey was outstanding! The booking system dropped our service appointment, but Trey was very kind to get us in at the time we arrived. Additionally, he was thorough in explaining the service inclusions and post service assessment. Trey is exemplary of outstanding client service.

The guy who help me out was very nice ! There was no available appointments near my area (Fort Worth) and he really made the one hour drive worth it ! I would definitely go back to Plano , he's so professional and treated us with the best customer service. Everyone there was really nice honestly. I’ve been to other dealerships for oil changes and if you’re not there to purchase/trade in a vehicle they treat you horrible but Kia of Plano was the complete opposite. Keep doing your thing Kia of Plano!!!

At the beginning I told him I needed my car before 12pm, so if you are sure you can do it take it otherwise I’ll bring it later. Time was 10am and he told me maximum time with car wash and everything gonna be 11:30am. At 12pm cashier walked to me on waiting room and told me he would bring the car 30 more minutes!!!!! Sometimes 30 minutes is nothing, but when I asked him my WIFE has an appointment and this appointment is very important for her, he would be make sure to give me the more accurate time. However, my wife arrived late to her appointment and that cost me too much!!!
