I came in for an oil change at 6:55 AM. Third in line. Told it would be around 9:00 AM to complete. I was informed that there were a couple of other items that could be added to todays service and that it would only ll take an additional hour. I told Mohamed that I was OK with the additional work if it did not move the completion time beyond 10:00 AM as I was schedule to pick my 95 Year old mother up from an outing she was on. I was assured that it would be “no problem”. At about 11:00 AM I was told that things were wrapping up and that if I took care of the payment, I would be out of there very soon. 11:45 rolls around and someone else at the service department asked why I was looking upset. I was shown what the issue was and noticed that some of the wheels on my Ridgeline had been removed. For what? I don not request or authorize and wheel or brake work. Just an oil and fluid changes. The bottom line is that I was unable to fulfill my obligation to retrieve my mother and was forced to pay for her care at the rate of $125 per hour, 4 hour minimum because of the delay in the service. I have spent many thousands servicing my 329000 mile Ridgeline and my other two Hondas. but you have seen the last of me and my cars. I had a very unpleasant experience with Rock during my last two leases. I will never buy or lease from Rock again. Now I will never return any of my vehicles to Rock for service. There are other, more professional Honda Centers closer to me.

Great customer service and Maria was very friendly and attentive. She answered all my questions and left me feeling like a valued customer. I highly recommend Rock Honda and Maria for service on your Honda.

I was told the fuel pump needed tp be changed and it was going to be $2,200.00. When I asked why so much I was given an explanation that the fuel filter was 800.00 by itself, I asked, why is it 1,400.00 in labor. Where is the fuel filter located, he couldn't tell me. I declined your service
