Appointment was made and waited for almost half an hour. I have asked the rep what’s the point in making an appointment, and mentioned to me that I have reserved my spot. So WHY do I need to make an appointment of I had to wait for almost 30 minutes.
I do not mind driving to Fontana for service, but I get treated this way then I might as well go to another Honda service center for a better service to where my appointment is valid. NOT reserving a spot which I did not go there for.
