I had an oil change service that is not done at three thousand miles or every three months, but at 10% of the life of the oil and until now they explained it to me and it was not Mr. Erik, he is the one who always attended me once too I went so that they would just turn off the sensor for the lack of air in the tires and he took me out of the line for not having an appointment for a job that would not take even 30 seconds. I feel that he has a bad attitude to attend to

Your ‘specialist’ refused my request to be serviced by Maria Navarro - I asked him for her and let him know I only wanted to have her and he kept talking over me and refusing to tell her I wanted to work with her. He then price gouged me which I know occurred because when I originally called your dealership which had been the day before my arrival on this occasion the lady told me it’d cost $340 to get all of my breaks done and she even asked a guy in the background on the phone if that was accurate and he said it was, yes this man charged me that much for only the front breaks and made it very difficult to communicate with. I also brought in a coupon of a local Honda dealership and asked if he’d meet it he said he wouldn’t but he’d give us only $30 more dollars off. On top of all of that he pushed other sales very aggressively and it was obvious at their price point that he was very highly overcharging me and trying to continue to do it. I actually really loved and felt comfortable and taken care of at this dealership it was the only place I’d take my car but I can guarantee you I won’t be a customer anymore. This review will also be on yelp.

After my oil change Maria seemed to be busy with other items on her computer and I had to bring up the fact that the technician had returned the key and submitted the paperwork on her desk. She told me to wait and she will return to me. She remained on her computer and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes or so before I could pay even though no other customer was at her station. The representatives seemed over worked and struggled to manage appointments all together. Really disappointing to know I would have to go to Penske Honda since their rates are better even though I live closer to rock. Not price matching other dealership rates is disappointing.
