I came in to have my car's AC repaired under Honda's extended warranty, was informed in a later call from Shafiq Jamili that my car met the requirements to be repaired under Honda TSB 19-091 but he subsequently tried to force on an extra $400 charge to flush and replace the refrigerant, insisting that the refrigerant was 25% the wrong type which wouldn't make sense unless he was accusing that Rock Honda itself sold me a car with the wrong refrigerant installed. Overall disappointing treatment towards a customer who has repeatedly trusted this location for service and vehicle purchases to be treated like this by a Service Advisor.
