If I wasn't satisfied with the service provided by rockcod I would not keep coming back. Everyone there is amazing however I filled out a survey when I paid for the service and I diss like you getting these surveys via text message when I've already filled out a survey. My vehicle was returned with dead battery. Vehicle had to be jumped off at service center. Gary set me away without any type of test on battery system. Gary also indicated battery is not covered under warranty 3 yrs 36000 mile. !!!!! I had to return and talk with service manager with in 30 min of my initial service. Manager indicated it was covered and doesn't understand why Gary would say it wasn't covered. Battery was changed under warranty of 3yr 36000 miles thanks to service manager that day !! I appreciate manager going the extra mile for a customer !!!!!!!!! Disappointed with Gary over all !!

Not at all the fault of the representative who helped me, but I bought my car less than 2 months ago. I brought it back for this issue about a week in, waited for over an hour. Was told it was fixed only to find the same problem happening again within less than an hour after picking up my car. This time I brought it back in for the same issue, waited over 2 hours. I was again told that the problem had been fixed, only to find it happen again within 30 minutes of picking up the car. My time is valuable, and it very frustrating having to keep returning to have the same problem repaired with no results over and over again. That is why I purchased a "Certified" pre owned car, so I wouldn't have to deal with problems lie this.
