This was my second appointment with him and it was every bit as satisfying as my first in January. I was particularly impressed and (grateful) that he took the initiative to review the recall list, noted that I had received a notice for replacement for the passenger side airbag and arranged for that to be accomplished during the same visit, saving me a 60 mile round trip from Running Springs.
I would be remiss if I did not also extend my thanks to Willie who found and repaired the leaking crank seal and timing chain cover... & explained it all to me!

There wasn't a problem with the service provided by Mariano just the fact that I was told I would have 2 free oil changes the next time I came in and when I did I was told it wasn't in the system. He was kind enough to believe me but why would you offer your customers free oil changes only to come in and find out they don't know what you're talking about?
