I was not informed that my vehicle was completed
I was told they called me and left messages
There were no messages left on my phone
A call to the back up number I left was called the day my vehicle was picked up
They did not complete the work Order
(1) 3rd brake light cover which was to be re- fastened came undone only minutes after I left the facility ( explanation was Honda hasn't come up with a permanent fix on this common problem)

I made an appointment for an oil change for my car and even arrived 30 minutes earlier than my appointment. Gary approached my car and proceeded to continue to be my service advisor despite me informing me I requested Soemy. Gary informed me that the service should not take longer than 1 hour for the oil change and service bulletin update for the EPB on my 16' Civic Touring. I waited the one hour and patiently waited for my car to be returned back to me. Another gentlemen working who brings the cars out to the customer asked if I waited for my car and took my paperwork. This gentlemen told me he could not bring the car out until Gary closed it out. 15 minutes later Gary sees me waiting and continues to assist new customers coming in. Bryan approached me and asked me if I was still waiting for my car to arrive in which he went to locate it. Shayla also asked if I was waiting for my car and insisted she would check for me. Bryan informed me he could not locate the car because the paperwork had the wrong car tag number. Gary instead of trying to make the situation better by taking accountability blamed it on others for improperly putting the tag number despite him inputting the information. Gary has been the worst experience I've had with Rock Honda. The service I have been receiving since I purchased my car here to my 2 previous encounters with Soemy and Shayla were excellent. I can not say the same about this encounter. Working with Gary was a huge let down and I will refuse entirely to ever work with him. Even during my time with him waiting for the paperwork to be inputted he left my time with him to greet another customer. To Shayla, Bryan and the gentlemen who has a beard and works alongside Bryan, thank you. I appreciated the effort they put to helping me.
