Moe sold me my car and was very thorough and helpful with a caring attitude. He remembered me on my visit today and carried on his great customer service! Mariano and Arif have helped me in the past with car repairs and were very customer service oriented as well. I met Javad today while talking with Moe by the popcorn machine and he got me some popcorn!! And to top it all off your service manager Ruben Serna was awesome with his customer service. I came in to get a chip on my windshield worked on so that it does not crack/spread. I paid 100 to get it fixed so that it does not spread. After the service was complete, there was a crack that was NOT there when I brought my car in.
I'm extremely frustrated and worried that this crack is going to spread, even after I paid 200 (100 for the first service, another 100 for the "warranty" in case it spreads). I genuinely feel as if I was ripped off by Rock Honda today. If the crack spreads, I do not think it is fair that I should have to pay to get it fixed when I was told BEFORE I brought the car in that the first service (100) would prevent it from cracking in the first place.

The customer service rep and the driver were both fantastic!
I started coming to the dealership for my oil changes because of a coupon price and then continued because of the car washes. After the car washes discontinued I stopped coming, but tried again today hoping that they started back up. She told me that they hadnt, and that they weren't even vacuuming the inside anymore.
I was honest and told her that I probably wouldn't be back for an oil change with the dealership anymore. I can always get that service elsewhere for much cheaper, and without the extra service there's no benefit for me coming to the dealership for that.
She had my car washed and vacuumed, which I really appreciated!!!
She was also very friendly throughout. And my shuttle driver was very friendly as well.
