Nobody can do a better job as she can. Others have this don't care attitude. I will NOT bring my car there if Maria is not there. If she quit i will sell my Honda. Spreen Honda service reps were assholes, some of yours too. But Maria validate me as a person and as a customer. You are lucky to have her in your team.

Service timing ok as well, but noticed the received E mail indicated the Wednesdays service hours were till 9:00 PM. And I was informed by your service dept. there has been a mistake in the hours, maybe they should do the proper corrections for Wednesday's hours so customers do not get confused. This is on the upper E mail area sent as vehicle service reminder. Thank you

I am not happy with the service today!! I brought my CRV due to the software recall, I had to leave it there for half a day and before I left, I explained that the panel/cover on driver seat keeps coming off. I mentioned it to at least 3 Honda agents and even told them that the panel/cover is very unsafe because it scratches the leg of the driver and sometimes a part of clothing gets stuck in it. When picked up the car, I was told it was fixed. I didn't check tho, coz coz I trusted the agent, but when I got home the problem is still the same!!! I am so upset!!

I think service should be given because it is deserved rather than the connections. The needed paint was not in stock. I made an appointment for service and talked about the paint touch up. Kevin also talked about it when I dropped off the car at 7 am. There was no paint. Whose job was it to check the paint inventory at the time of making the appointment? I got appointment reminders. Maybe there should have been inventory reminders to the staff at Rock Honda. I saw several options along the way to validate the inventory. Kevin was professional and asked several times if I had any questions.
