Very professional.

This was my first visit to the service dept since I purchased my vehicle at Rock Honda two weeks ago. I was there for a "Due Bill" created at time of purchase.Scheduled appointment of 8:45 am. I arrived prior and waited in line. Ms. Sanchez seemed to be unorganized from the start. I observed her for a moment and questioned why she gave another patron a number ahead of me since I had arrived prior! Her response was simply we are very busy!?!. On invoice created it stated vehicle would be ready in 2 hrs. I waited there after 2 1/2 hr, I asked another service advisor for status he said it would be about 10 min more and that turned into additional 35 min. After 3 hrs I checked out and waited outside for my vehicle to be brought up. My car arrived I stood waiting for my keys , at no time did the service rep let me know keys are left inside the vehicle when ready. Again I had to go in & ask her for my keys she stood up went directly to my car opened the door , reached in and said "here is your keys" and stepped away.. Again this was first visit to service dept, I had no idea of your protocol. Needless to say I was extremely upset and disappointed at the level of customer service I received on this day...Lack of communication, Lack of acknowledgement / Status update for the customer , Lack of Customer service!!!

I felt as if I were family. My needs mattered. The senserity of every person I dealt with, had gained Rock Honda a loyal customer. Thank you
