I had an appointment for 9:00 and it took forever to get checked in and I was in the express line the young lady that was checking the vehicles in skipped me four times and checked other vehicles in that didn't have an appointments. Then after she wrote up the paperwork I had to wait another 15 minutes before someone came and got my vehicle and finished checking me in. I am a brand new customer and I am not impressed with how your service department performed today. They got my brand new floor mats dirty they did not put a paper floor mat down. I am not Happy at all.
