This was my first time to Rock Honda. It was recommended by a friend. I was very happy with the customer service and the professional appearance of the dealership.

Everyone was extremely professional and quick to help me resolve some of the issues I had been encountering. What made it such an outstanding experience overall was it felt like anyone I talked to rather it be Kevin from service, shop foreman Jim to guest relations I felt like they cared and made me feel important. Spectacular friendly staff and I was even offered a courtesy vehicle while my car was in repairs. Over a five star experience will definitely find myself only going to Rock Honda.
