My only complaint was the labor pricing. Parts $280 and labor $700 plus. Service was great but will think before having work on my car at Rock Honda.

The people at Rock Honda have no choice, but to follow the lead of their manufacturer, Honda. So, just why does Honda think it is just fine to impose a key design on its dealers and customers where a charge in excess of $200 is acceptable for merely replacing a key because they create a Rube Goldberg design and replacement procedure. Is this bs design like the potentially fatal airbag lifesaving system? Rock Honda, the dealership, is ok, but I am not impressed with Honda's foibels.
