Great customer service, as usual! I was kept updated on the progress with the service to the car.
I did noticed after I getting the car back that the tire pressure was low on two of the tires. I am not sure if that is part of the multipoint inspection to fill the tires with air. Regardless, I am very happy how well I was taken care of by everyone.
Arif is a wonderful consultant. He takes extra steps to assure that I am satisfied with their work.

I waited in the drive up service area and felt like I was ignored by the service advisor that was in the only other car waiting to be taken. It was approximately 3:30. Two young girls were also with him and not one of them acknowledged that I was there. THEN, Maria came out and I had NO problems from then on.
