Rochelle was very efficient the service she provided me. She was updating me every time she had new info from the mechanic. I had ALOT of work done on my vehicle and I feel she was honest in her advising and worked with me on pricing (discount coupons). I so appreciate her extra work and very friendly service. Adriana, like the rest of the staff, are a huge part of the reason I come to Rock Honda. My parents were pretty big fans growing up, and I am the same way. There's just something to be said for the personal touch. Adriana delivered that at more today.
I don't want to take away from Adriana and the service today, but I would like to add an extra layer of praise... I had a situation about a year ago that Rochelle helped me with and never got a survey for her, which made me a little sad to be honest. She deserved huge kudos for her incredible follow-up and commitment to service. So if she's still there (I think I saw her today), please pass that on to her. You can imagine how stellar she and the team at Rock Honda are when I'm asking so long after the fact that she be recognized.

We always get great service at Rock Honda. The team alerted us to a rear brake light that was out, and I opted to have my husband change the bulb. In the process, he found out that the bulb was not burned out because it was lighting up when the tailgate was opened and when the hazard lights were flashing. It seems to be an electrical problem between the brakes and the rear light. Looks like we'll be back sooner than we thought.
