I appreciate the quality of the work on my vehicle which was a total recondition of the car having said that I was a little bit dissatisfied or disappointed Richard told me that it would take 4 to 5 hours to complete the recondition of my vehicle instead it took 11 hours and when I mentioned the fact that I had waited 11 hours which acted as though it didn't really much matter the car was ready when it was ready arrives at the dealership to pick up the car he made me wait another half-hour before he even decided but it was time for me to receive my vehicle but like I said the reconditioning of the car was great but it was a service I received from Richard it was very upsetting because it didn't seem like he cared but it took 11 hours to finish the retail when he told me that should take no more than 3 to 4 hours which in my opinion was three times longer then what I was told and without my card

I called to have them check the door alignment. They said they would check. I did not expect them to repair at this time. My wife got the oil changed and then they said they had to charge her for rotation. Luckily I told her we had a policy for rotation or she would have been charged?! Then they said I would have to make another appt to do the door alignment without even checking it. Very disappointed

Make sure that where the cars are dropped off and picked up for service there is a "fire lane " so once you pay you are able to leave and not get stuck with no way out .

It would be nice if the customer can acces the Wifi without asking. I also noticed there were no free hot chocolate and as I drove away I could see my windshild service sticker was moved with the previous sticker anehesive still on my windshield. Those small details do matter.

Well the cashier could have said thank you but I guess she was rushed. That's all I can think of. The rep was very knowledgeable and professional and my car was waiting for me after I paid for the service on the car.
