Pick up was great. But drop off took way too long, and so too did shuttle service. More than 90 minutes from when I arrived at Honda to drop off the car and got home and I live 15 minutes away. Not Rachelle's fault, or Honda drivers. Poor efficiency for drop off. I almost left.

Rich was amazing but the turn around was horrible. I brought my car in first thing in the morning on Tuesday. I was the very first one there. The engine light had just gone off. I did not get a diagnosis or estimate for the found trouble until the next day. This delay caused my car to not be ready until today (Friday). We had to cancel our vacation to Yosemite this weekend by not being able to show up on our reserved time slot. This was not at all Rich's fault but a poor reflection on your service efficiency. In other words, you seem too busy for my business.
