i made an appointment for my oil change in which I normally only pay about $50.00, my bill was $90.00 for an oil change and I was told my tire rotation was included and would not be charged. I was not told of any additional charges I was going to be charged by your representative. I was not happy at all. Your Reps should be trained to let your customers know what my charges were going to be. I paid my bill and left unsatisfied. I've been going their for the past 2 years and have never been unaware of any additional charges without be told about.
