My advisor Arif Khan was amazing! He was there immediately there to greet me. I had an appointment at 12:15 and as I arrived, you would have bought he knew I was coming.. He was every attentive and made sure I had a shuttle assistant. He offered me drinks and snacks, come on! That's service! I was very impressed with all the staff as well. As I was waiting for the shuttle, I had other people ask me if I had been attended too. This was my first time at your facility.. And it will not be my last.. AND my two drivers where also so amazing ! I kept complimenting them for their service, you would have known as if I requested a limo. I personally have to Hank everyone who worked today as well, because I saw a lot of movement and the staff was also treating other customers as if we where the only ones.. I have to give kudos to all the staff at Rock Honda! You guys are awesome !

1. The initial repair was not completed. As I drove off the lot, The original problem resurfaced. I was very frustrated that my vehicle was not taken for a test drive considering the issues.
2. Upon my own personal inspection, I found that the engine cover was left off the vehicle.
3. The battery died within 2 days of the service. While I cannot 100% link this to the repair, I believe that the vehicle may have been powered on for a period of time during the repair causing premature battery wear.
With the exception of number 3, everyone was very apologetic and worked hard to correct the problem, which I appreciate. The customer service was excellent, above and beyond excellent, from Maria, to Ruben the Service and Parts Director to the Shop Foreman. It was however, a very frustrating and inconvienient process. A total of three trips were made to Rock Honda, as well as one trip to Sears (which represents a call to AAA, my son late to school, a neighbor's day disrupted to help).
