maria was excellent it just the mechanic too 5 hours just to find out my battery was good . i was thinking he look at the battery 1st and it it need to be replaced and then do his test to see if my stater was bad ... i would been got in maybe 1.5 hours. i was just mad he did look and see the battery was bad. 1st. i would said okay replace the battery . then do his test. it was not fault to maria . she gave me great customer service.

My car was at the shop for two weeks and during that period my car was infested by RATS. The rats ate multiple items and the left feces and urine throughout my car. The rat is presently living in my car. I had to take the car back so they can get rid of the rat. Rock honda offered to clean the car, however nothing was offered to replace the items eaten by the rats. This entire scenario sickens me. Once this whole ordeal is resolved I will be making my comments on Yelp and other blogging sites. Rock honda you should embarrassed.
