When I received my car part of my under steering was missing & my spare change, nic nacs were strewn all over the floor. I found the part in my back seat! Rochelle who is the best at what she does called someone & had it put back together in about 5 minutes. Grease smudges on my inside front window & I was in total shock. Honda usually ALWAYS leaves my car in the same or better condition than I leave it so I'm hoping this was just a 1 time disgruntled employee & not a trend in hiring unprofessional mechanics who don't care about Honda customers.

Extremely unsatisfied with the way I found my car. First my car was parked outside with all four windows down in the hot sun. Second when I asked for the keys of my car he could not find them. It turns out my car keys were in the ignition outside of the service department. My car was outside unsupervised and who knows for how long. No one took responsibility for the action. Instead made excuses. I was asked if I left the windows open when I dropped the car off. The way everything was handled was unprofessional.
