I have until 36,000 miles to get an oil change and tire rotation and it so happens that I stopped in today and basically got shewed away claiming that I no longer have that deal when my car clearly has only about 30,000 miles so disappointed with today's service

I went in for an oil change, and was told a slue of other things were wrong with my vehicle. I was told my back breaks needed to be replaced, they had to jump start my car because the battery was dead,& I had a nail in my back right tire. As soon as I left the lot from hi day I took my car over to America's tire to have them patch my tire, ( after waiting 2 hrs) come to find out I had NO NAIL. Also, I had them test my battery, and it was fine. I have never visited Rock Honda but I thought I would go because the usual Honda dealership I go to was super busy. After the experience I had at Rock Honda , I feel COMPLETELY taken advantage of and I will not be going back. I can't true a dealership who is going to lie to try and get money. I'm almost certain that this type of thing happens more often there then one would think. After I turned in my car for the oil change I sat in the lobby with my daughter. I was sitting next to an older gentleman who was also talking with a service representative about his vehicle. To which she was going over a list of things he needed to replace on his vehicle. As he replied " you know. Every time I come into this dealership you guys always tell me something else is wrong with my car. How is that?" Also. After the service gentleman was done going over the list of things I needed for my vehicle, the gentleman sitting in front of me ( another one of your customers) turned around and told me " if I were you, I would get a second opinion . I had the same issue with this place before where they told me I needed service on my car and in fact I didn't . Long story short. My family and I will not be doing business with rock honda.

I live in long Beach so, maybe somebody would have noticed when I was last there that I needed an oil change then before warning came on,would have prevented me from freaking out you can call me anytime so i can explain. I am satisfied of today's visit Andy and John, were awesome today.
