When I went to pick up my car I was not acknowledged. It was not busy at all and the representatives were chatting amongst each other and on their cell phones while I stood there. I walked up to Rafael who ignored me and continued to work on his computer. There was not one 'hello' or 'we'll be right with you' I literally stood there and asked if anyone can help me..and then another representative assisted me. I was also referred to as a 'little girl' in Spanish by Rafael who was speaking Spanish to the associate who was working the register. I've been several times to the Fontana location for my oil change and this is the first time I received bad service.
