I needed a shuttle ride. Apparently your driver went home early possibly because of being sick. Instead of having your other driver stay late you elected to leave the rest of us needing rides on the lurch. I had to call after waiting for two hours to find this out. This is not good service on more than one level. At the least there should have been a phone call. I'm not happy.
