Once again I was disappointed with Rock Honda's lack of attention to my concerns. This is now the second time I have brought my car in and have been given the run around. As a customer it makes no sense for me to waste my entire day by giving you my car just to make up things about my car. I don't appreciate being talked to in a condescending manner as well. I come from a family who owns many mechanic businesses and the only reason I bring my car to you is because it is still under warranty. Trust me when I say that I am not your average customer. I will no longer be bringing my car to Rock Honda for any of my service needs.

Great improvement over previous visits which I felt were unprofessional. Still more attention needed towards customer service (I.e. Friendliness, eye contact, greeting customers) from cashiers & Honda people milling around. I am fluent in Spanish but am turned off when employees speak Spanish to each other in front of customers. Rachelle is top notch in customer service & professionalism & should be recognized by Honda in some way as a top employee! Because of her & the shuttle people I will patronize this dealership again.
