I requested shuttle service at the time I made my appointment of 9:30 am my service was for my first oil change service. It was 10:50 am still sitting in the waiting room, when I realized the shuttle had not called my name, and my service pervider had my name crossed off from the shuttle customer list as if I had already been given a ride home. She did apologize and said she didn't know how that happened. Then, my car was supposed to be ready by 2:00, cause they were checking Bluetooth on my car. Well they called me at 3:15 to say it was ready. I got to the dealer and spent another 7-10 min. Waiting for someone to bring me my car. My car wasn't washed or vacuumed either. You'd think that after, the lengthy wait and mishap with my shuttle service, my service adviser would make sure my car was washed and vacuumed as a customer service gesture. It's what I would do! Fletcher Jones Mercedes treats their customers like they're still trying to sell them a car... Which is what all service providers should do. Customer service, is what makes people return to purchase again and recommend the dealer. Hopefully it will be a better experience next time.
